I like that the manager took us out to the storage unit so we could look at it before signing the contract to make sure it would work for what I needed. What mostly impressed me was the fact that the original storage that I was told about had not been cleaned out. Before she took me to look at the one I am using told me that she was switching my unit due to the original one not being cleaned out. That made me feel that she was not all about the money but my satisfaction.

Staff is great to work with. Friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. Highly recommend!

I so glad I found Ustore it today. The Store was closing, but the customer service was so great that she stayed in the store. They showed me the unit. It was the perfect size perfect price and she she stayed Beverly stay with me to complete the whole process even after hours and I so appreciate her the store. I am so happy.
