They walked me through every option without pressure, offered recommendations that actually made sense for my situation, and helped me find a solution that stayed within my budget. The facility itself has been flawless. Gate access has worked every single time. The property is clean, well-kept, and feels genuinely secure. I’ve visited enough storage locations around Charlottesville to know that it’s not just about the company name on the sign—it’s the people behind the counter who make or break the experience. Overall this facility was in good shape, and staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good value at the time I rented and located just a short distance from town. However I was annoyed when they tried to raise the monthly rent by almost 70% only 2 months into the lease. They agreed to lower it back to the original price when I called, but I decided I didn't want to play that game again and moved.
