After eight years I can safely say. This is not the place for customer service and support. Great place to be left alone. I'm still renting but looking for another unit with a different business. I've had moldy items in my unit. No one ever has any answers. You can call every number. Good luck. They used to be great with people. Not so much now. I've referred people to this business and now I am filled with regret. In and out if you can get in. Don't stay long. Take my word for it. Try somewhere else first.

10/10 do not reccomend using this location, unless you like setting outside their location during open hours while they "step away". Dont bother calling the number on the post it in their door either, they wont answer that either.

I recently rented a U-Haul from them. The woman behind the counter was nice and very courteous. The business was efficiently transacted. Returns are easy. I would recommend.
