Extra Space Storage

Needed a locker for the past year and the whole process was done remotely. Never had issues with accessing the property and the lockers themselves were great. No longer have the need for storage, but Ric was fantastic helping me close out the account. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate staff that are pleasant to talk with and also care about the customer they are helping. Generally that type staffing is curated from the top, so they seem to be doing good by the customer. Thanks for the help Ric!

I just have to say how awesome Mike is at Extra Storage Space on Weber in Bolingbrook. He helped me acquire units at this location about a year ago and continues to provide outstanding assistance, support and service! Thanks again Mike for all to do to help your customers. In addition, this location is clean and well maintained as well in the inside storage area and the outside.

Alisha and Michelle are wonderful! Thanks so much to both of them for their expertise and positive demeanor. The facility is so clean and new, prices were very fair. Alisha perfectly explained everything and left me with nothing to worry about. Highly recommended!
