I had an excellent experience at CubeSmart! From the moment I arrived, Melissa provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. The facility is clean, secure, and well organized, but Melissa’s customer care is what truly made the difference. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and easy to work with. I highly recommend this CubeSmart location, ask for Melissa if you want top-notch service!

Melissa is great. I’ve dealt with her for over a year. She really knows what she’s doing. She’s so polite and such a hard worker. The facility is Clean and the prices are so reasonable.

The staff is amazing . But Phyllis is something special. More than helpful very knowledgeable. And an absolute pleasure to work with. Phyllis you are an angel my friend thank you so much for all your help .
