Moved out from CA to AZ and needed storage quickly. I did arrive late and at an unexpected hour but thankfully Mark was able to meet up with me. Great check in and short conversation. Easy setup for the app and finding and setting up my unit was simple. Would recommend, thank you guys.

Thank you to the female at the desk that helped and waited for me to pay for a relative's storages last weekend! She was very patient while I took some time to figure out how to pay with a new credit account. Rates are very reasonable too, unlike that "orher" place!

I rented a 10’ x 10’ unit online (bug mistake). When I got to the facility, the receptionist could not find the unit. She went out to the yard to search and then had to call someone for assistance. When we finally found the unit, I was told I have (2) 5’ x 10’ units. I get it that it is technically the same size however I only rented the unit so I could store a sectional couch, kitchen table and bedroom set until I sold it. Now when I do sell the pieces. I will have to unload both units to get to the pieces I am selling. This is making it very difficult and inconvenient for me. Needless to say I am very disappointed.
