CubeSmart Self Storage

Cherokee was great! She was heading out to another location but stopped and came back to get us moved in with our camper and made sure we were all settled and understood the process! She was very friendly and professional! Recommend her facility to anyone needing storage of any type!

CubeSmart makes it very easy to get your rental started day-of online with essentially no need to step into a store but 2 things with this experience: 1. Their promotion of first-month free and month-to-month rentals is a really great incentive but very misleading. When signing up online, you're made aware of a $29 administrative fee to pay in order to rent. That's fine but when going to finalize the contract online, they tack on a required $19 fee for a CubeSmart lock + $12+/month for mandatory insurance. The free 1st month turned into a $63 payment. Not cool to not be clearly upfront about these fees. 2. This location is outdoors. Not sure if there's any climate control (makes it more affordable monthly) but is laid out with no driving guidance or method to the madness of how they labeled the lockers. Very chaotic. 3. Lastly, once I finally found the unit I was assigned, I pulled up and the door was wide open, trash on the floor, drywall between units had been smashed into, and no lock left for use. Luckily there was an attendant to help sort this out. Signage on how to exit the gate and wayfarers are highly recommended.

Cherokee was so nice and very professional, she answered all my questions was great at explaining the difference units and sizes and was a great help picking out the correct unit, definitely recommend this place
