I was really happy with every aspect of the process. The manager could not have been any better. I witnessed her helping handicapped renters and I also witnessed interactions with other renters. This was such a pleasant departure from what has become the experience with customer service individuals. I also truly appreciated the transparency when being told about fees and guidelines.

Mary was very helpful and kind. I was looking for a 10x10 unit that had a light so she checked other facilities that had lights then gave me clear pricing to make sure I wouldn't be shell shocked if something was different. Then I shopped around and. For the price I came back and she took care of me in very good timing. Very nice overall service.

This Cubesmart has been great for me when I’ve needed temporary storage space during renovations to my garage. Mary is an absolute rock star at her job; fun personality, always on top of everything and very kind and helpful.
