The security in this storage area is really bad. Our unit was broken into and robbed. 5 units down had the same issue but the poice could not alert the tenant if that unit because of the manager. That units had ATV's and stuff. Hopefuly they don't have to deal with what we had to. The cut locks were found inside. The police tried contacting the manager for help and the manager would just hang up. The surveillance system there looks like the 80's. The gate wide open and when I left the gate was still open. With the price they charge there you would think they invest in a good camera system. For sure we will be moving to another storage unit company.

The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process stress-free.
