Public Storage

This is by far the greatest storage place I have ever used. I have probably had storage units with two or three other companies besides Public Storage and this location is fantastic. I cannot stress that enough. It is incredibly clean, in a very safe location and has amazing staff who make you feel very welcomed. The lady working at the property was so incredibly nice. I wish all people I dealt with had customer service skills like Emerline. She was kind and patient walking me through the whole process and getting me exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for the help. I will be recommending both you and this location to any of my friends who need storage in the future.

⸻ I just spoke with the building manager to ask about the elevator in my building, which has been out of service for months. There are not always cars available either, and she simply said there was nothing she could do. No apology, no empathy—just an attitude of someone who clearly does not care. She even became irritated when I expressed my frustration. Last month, the lady who assisted me was very kind and even offered me a free month. I declined because I didn’t need it—I only wanted to know the estimated timeline, since I use the service frequently. As a business owner and a pregnant woman, I understand that inconveniences happen, but three months is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect. An employee who just sits there with no empathy for the people who ultimately sustain her job is not fit for that position. She would be more useful in a cleaning role.

Elevator has been down for months. They locked up carts unless it was business hours until recently. I even filled out a survey and then was called by a rude manager who told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Happy to be moving my belongings out of here!
