She was incredibly patient, friendly, and always kept me updated as new units became available in the size I was looking for. Her communication was excellent, and it really made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers, and Christine truly made all the difference. Christine is so awesome. Her energy is radiating. She helped me understand the process. Walked me out to the units I reserved. They were super clean and she even offered to clean it more if I wanted. Stopped in to check for availability and they had a couple of units. They were not on ground level, which I was looking for. I needed it for convenience, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I was pleased to get a call a few hours later saying that somebody had moved out unexpectedly.And there was a ground floor unit available. Long story shortI already have my keys, and there is some stuff in the unit already. The whole process very easy. They were very a friendly and attentive. Thank you for getting me squared away so quickly.
