Where do I start, I went inside the building customer service was great, got greedy with proper manners. Mark, as soon as I also came inside the building he was already asking me how can he help me, I was amazed for his friendliness and cheerful person. I asked questions and got my response respectfully and politely. Mark also broken down by explaining everything to me about the building and how everything works there. He did introduce himself. It’s funny how we clicked both from Ny and everything was great. Mark’s customer service was amazing and great, very friendly and very polite and helpful as well. CubeSmart is the place to rent a storage unit, very clean all units are climate control, so there shouldn’t be a problem with that. I highly recommend this place, it’s beautiful.

The office staff was very nice. Not only did they give me my receipt, but like no other place they gave you a map and how to find your particular storage unit that’s colored so it’s easy to find. The facility is immaculately clean and they have an amply amount of flat long dollys to put your furniture on to roll it to your space. I love when you exit. You do not have to put your pin in again. You can just drive up to the gate and it will automatically open up for you. It’s client friendly and I love it.

Spotless clean facility. Very easy process online to obtain a unit. Thank goodness it's near an access door as I am disabled from Marine Corps base chemicals. An employee called before and after I did things online to make sure everything was clear. Well done. Thank you.
