CubeSmart Self Storage

The worst storage facility in Colorado, the women with the dark hair that works in the office is rude, hateful and extremely prejudice. Everytime I was on the property to access my unit this women harassed me, finding any little reason to come and be rude to me. I never had issues with any other employee except her. Would I recommend this cube smart storage, definitely not, unless you are desperate and have no other options. I would rather throw my belongings in the garbage then ever have to deal with such a miserable prejudice evil employee like her. If I could move I most definitely would but since I've lost both my parents and just went through the worst divorce in history unfortunately I am stuck here for the time being. This women has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and it's not ok because my rent is always paid, but for me to feel the way I do when I need to access my unit is not right. She has made my stay with this facility very horrible with her disgusting behavior which has been very unprofessional and rude and she should be reprimanded or fired, because she makes cube smart look horrible. DONT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE HARASSED.

Joe was AWESOME SAUCE❕❕ all the way around. There were a couple obstacles with my particular situation which she was able to figure things out and everything went good and the entire time she was so nice and very helpful and considerate. I will for sure recommend this cube smart to anyone that I know is needing to rent a storage unit.

Best Cubesmart ever. Would highly recommend. Super clean, and Deanna has a good attitude and very kind. If I had to guess she’s probably the best Cubesmart employee.
