CubeSmart Self Storage

In my opinion, when it comes to dealing with a storage facility... customer service is #1... AND this location has just that. From the moment the storage facility manager answered the phone to the moment we left, Yaniaha (facility manager) was an absolute pleasure. Its obvious she takes pride in her Cube Smart location. Everything was super clean. Well organized and again, its just nice to have to deal with someone that is helpful and kind. So again, if your looking for a storage facility...it starts with customer service and if I was asked to rate 1 thru 10....I would give an 11. So thank you Yaya!

They took the time to explain all the options clearly answered questions with patients and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As I arrived at the facility I was greeted by Yanisha. Yanisha took the time to gather additional details and help come up with the best solution for my needs.The facility is clean, secure and well maintained which reflects Yanisha's attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Yanisha was responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
