Vanessa at store 01117 was a great help getting me into my unit. She gave me the run down on what I needed, the dates, the pricing. She was transparent, courteous, and represents CubeSmart well. She walked me to my unit, gave me a welcome bag to get started and was receptive when I asked for more information about the facilities. Once the information was all squared a way she excused herself to help another customer.

Vanessa, the property manager, is the absolute best. We had an issue and she solved it quickly and effectively, no hassle at all. She’s also constantly visible and easy to find on-site, which is rare—at most storage facilities you can never track down the right person for help. Huge difference and much appreciated.
