I was impressed by the whole process. I spoke to a representative, Pink, on the phone and she guided me through the process of getting a unit. The unit and building is clean and easily accessible. Also, thanks to the employees at the front desk.They were cordial and helpful. This iis my second time doing business with them.

The crew and managers at this extra space center have taken such great care of me. They are so incredibly helpful, kind, polite, professional and care about their customers- just terrific customer service, going above and beyond: I cannot rate them highly enough!

Now that I have gotten my stuff out I would like to leave a review of how this location was in my experience. I had my unit since 2020 and the prices kept raising but I didn't live in the state so I had no choice but to pay or drive over 1300 miles one way so I paid . I came a year ago to shrink units to keep the price lower bc I wasn't able to grab my things then and so we moved units while in the process of moving we noticed mouse or rat dropping everywhere chewed through boxes etc. we asked about it and were told it is what it is basically and when we went to throw things out bc of lack of pest control and them getting into our things there is no garbage anywhere and they said we couldn't use their dumpster so we then had to take it with so we didn't get a fine from them (almost like penalties for no fault of your own) fast forward to yesterday when I went to collect all of my things and move out due to more rent increases again and bc of what I was told when I came last year when I saw mouse droppings again and leakage, some of our boxes were wet I didn't say anything I figured the insurance I paid for for almost 6 years was just something they made you pay extra for bc we weren't ever able to file a claim but there is a new woman there her name is Jenn B and she let me know that mouse stuff was actually covered and I should have been helped and a claim should have been filed and had I known I would have shown her the stuff in the unit we moved out of this time and filed a claim but bc of what I was previously told I didn't . Jenn had amazing customer service she tried to help in whatever way she could with us moving out and it would have been nice to have someone like that there prior but due to the non stop rate increases and horrible customer service we received for so long it was time to move out . Other people may have better experiences but mine has not been pleasant with dealing with the employees and pests here . Five stars for Jenns customer service, as for this place tho if I didn't even have to give one star to be able to write the review I wouldn't .
