What an amazing experience. Jessica J was knowledgeable and very understanding. Her patience and time to listen to exactly what I needed for my family was far beyond my expectations. Customer service is in a class by itself. Give her a raise and put in a position in training other employees how to treat customers. Best service I have had in a long time. Thank you!!

Nicole was great! Answered all of our questions, very knowledgeable! We were in and out within 15 minutes after getting our new storage unit. Clean space and very friendly service. Highly recommend.

The site manager Jess has been a gem while we have needed the services at the CubeSmart North Port location. She got our units ready quickly and was available for any questions or concerns. Any time I have reached out with concerns about charges, or about how my units are doing (safe and sound, of course!), she has been helpful and friendly. We moved cross-country and have stored our home's entire contents safely at their site. The customer service provided by Jess is above and beyond.
