The manager (Yuleana) at NSA/iStorage in North Port was absolutely outstanding! Her communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Yuleana was such a great help finding a storage that I needed so last minute in my life crisis. She was also very polite and extremely patient beyond most customer services I've experienced. Offered many great deals with excellent description of each storage size.

Cockroachs !!! Cockroaches!!!!!!Beware. Recently relocated to Florida. Stored our family possessions there until home was complete. When ready to pick up items full of cockroaches! Spoke to both the manager and area manager, chrystal who informed us that they only treat outside of facility for bugs and Cockroaches is the risk you take when renting there. Unable to assist with any information how to resolve as they report they have not been trained regarding cockroaches other to suggest we sign an abandoned contract to forfeit our personal items. At first staff told us they were not cockroaches but palmetto bugs. Confirmed with 4 pest control they are german cockroaches the hardest to get rid of. What a nightmare this has been. We did not have cockroaches ever or have been exposed to them until storing our things there. Lost everything. Save yourself from this happening to you. Do not store your possessions there. Nasty. If you have your things stored there make sure you check for cockroaches!!! . Our things were infested.
