CubeSmart Self Storage

Hi everyone I just needed a CubeSmart storage unit because they have climate control. I came into the place and I was greeted by Donna, she was waiting for me to get there because I had called her prior to my coming. This woman was very kind and polite and she was very knowledgeable about the facility. great customer service skills. Of course she was wearing a mask so I was unable to see her beautiful smile. But she helped make my transition from Florida to Virginia and easy one if you need a place to store your stuff without the temperature going up and down this is the place they've got some great deals so I would highly highly recommend CubeSmart here in Ocala Florida. Whether you are a snowbird or you're just live locally and you need to store stuff while you're relocating to a different home.. when you get there make sure you tell Donna , Tracey said hello.

Archie the manager is kind , friendly and accommodating!! He will work with you for a solution to not lose you as a valued customer. He is always on site and works hard to keep the place clean, well lit at night and very importantly rodent and bug free!! It's a huge benefit that Cube Smart has on site manager! Thank you Archie for all you do !!!! I will say I see many PAST reviews of rodents and mice. Please know this was true and caused me to move out before...the PREVIOUS companies who owned it had a infestation. If you read those reviews, please know that has been resolved and Cube Smart purchased it and has it in tip top shape. I have been back over a year and NO sight of anything....not even a bug!!!

I have gotten another unit at a different location and get consistently good service and ease of setting up.Rosemary is very helpful and personable. Make your life easy and choose cubesmart.
