DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE. ITS INFESTED WITH RATS ROACHES AND ALL KONDS OF OTHER PEST. All my stuff has been destroyed SALLY AND ASHLEY WILL BOTH TELL YOU ITS A NOT THEIR PROBLEM WHILE DISRESPECTING YOU COMPLETELY. My whole unit was covered in rats when I returned back to the state to get my stuff. They REFUSED TK CLEAN UP THE RAT STUFF THAT WAS IN THE UNIT AND FORCED ME TO CLEAN IT EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGE YOU ALL KINDS OF EXTRA FEES FOR CURE IT AND INSURANCE WHOLE PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE BOTH EMPLOYEES APPEAR TO BE STONED OUT THEIR MINDS SITTING IN THE OFFICE IT WAS LIKE TALKING TO A SLOTH???

I had an excellent experience at US Storage Centers thanks to Ashley and Sally. From the moment I arrived, they were both welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service was truly outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a storage facility with great service and attentive staff, I highly recommend US Storage Centers in Ocala and working with Ashley and Sally.

I rented a 10x10 yesterday (12/22/2025). Ashley at the front desk is fantastic! She checked me in, was cordial, professional, and extremely helpful. She went through the contract, answered all my questions, and even drove by the storage unit later to see if the move was going smoothly. She is a jewel!
