Check in was smooth. Tiffany was not only super helpful on breaking down how everything worked, she gave me confidence that I selected the right storage facility to store my belongings. Not sure how long I’ll stay because I know pricing gets fluid after the first couple of months but, for now I’m very happy.

Our company needed a new space, and Tiffany made it so easy for me to coordinate everything–especially because I am based in NYC. When I came down, she was so helpful and friendly in a very professional way that didn't feel fake or like a "costume" as it sometimes can with customer service folks. She answered all of our questions or was able to get the answers if she wasn't sure. The facility was clean, easy to access, and exactly what we need. I'm weirdly looking forward to storing things there!

Took a while for them to get the gate working 100% but now it seems fine. I called about that issue after multiple times of wasting my time not being able to access and they wouldn’t give me any kind of credit. Stingy big corporation what do you expect. The overall price fluctuates throughout the year with vacancy but is overall good. The newer employees at the office are the coolest I’ve dealt with so far. Yesterday I found mouse droppings in my unit and have generally not seen the hallways cleaned much in general so with that said, I’m gonna have to be out of here after this month. Whoever is in charge of hiring needs to get someone to properly clean maybe twice a month and it’ll be day and night from now.
