I can’t say enough good things about this storage facility. I’ve been a customer for several years, and they have consistently gone out of their way to accommodate me. Whether I needed to upsize, downsize, or switch units, they made the process seamless and stress-free—and they’ve always worked with me to keep pricing fair and consistent. What really sets them apart is how much they care about their customers. You truly feel like more than just a unit number here. The staff is responsive, flexible, and genuinely invested in keeping clients happy. On top of that, the facility is always exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which gives real peace of mind. If you’re looking for a storage facility that is truly customer-focused, I highly recommend this one.

The online experience was easy. I did review it a couple times to make sure there weren't any hidden costs. A few hours after I signed up online I got a call and wasn't sure what to expect. Maginnis was so nice and reviewed everything with me, checked in to see my anticipated move in date, and offered to answer any question. I was not expecting that level of customer service. It was awesome. When I checked in, Maginnis walked me through everything, explaining efficiently as I was in a hurry to return my rented vehicle, and we were able to accomplish a lot. I even paid in advance for six months since she was so helpful. A couple days later I stopped in to grab an item I needed and said hello. Great experiences all around! From ease of getting in with the App, ease of use of the lock and unit, to extraordinary customer service. Definitely recommend it to friends. And, please don't change.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage, mainly because of Donald. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He took his time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself was clean, well-lit, and secure, but Donald’s customer service really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Because of him, I’d definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for storage.
