Great company. Leonard was so friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely eager to help set me up with what I needed, even though I had shown up close to closing time because of work. You can tell they really care about people.

Had a streamline experience with the app. Finally, someone knows how to get efficient. At the sight, I met Mr. Leonard- site manager. He's very personable and helpful. I sure hope he's very well compensated for his devotion to his duty. I mean, he's a one man team. Hope he gets some more help. Got to my storage, clean as a whistle. That's how Mr. Leonard rolled. I mean, a few hours prior me moving, the last tenant was out. Fast as Fedex. Good people with good service.

I’ll start by saying the management here is super responsive and really cares about you having a positive experience. Leonard specifically took my concerns about an interaction I had with another person at the facility, very seriously and helped me transfer to another unit in the building. I’ve had a few odd encounters while dropping off things and picking up stuff from my unit, but just with other renters there - thankfully I usually always go with a friend. Besides that it’s a huge clean nice place with surveillance and office hours in a convenient spot and affordable.
