Josh is friendly and super knowledgeable. He was not rushing me, answered all of my questions patiently. He took the time to explain all critical for customer parts of the contract. I am 80 years old and new in renting storage space so he made sure I understood everything. Before selecting CubeSmart I visited two larger companies, they were professional but I got the feeling that I was not needed there.
