If you want them to take all your belongings and continue charging you rent after they already took the storage unit, this is a great choice. They will find a reason to take the unit if they want to. This has been my worst experience with storage facilities.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone! The staff is terrible — at the slightest thing, they try to fine you or kick you out, taking everything that’s inside. First, they didn’t allow us to drive the truck onto the property to unload, so we had to carry everything for about 10 minutes in one direction and even hire movers. Then they didn’t like that we were inside the storage for a while and claimed that we were “working there,” even though we were just cleaning and organizing our belongings. We never had such problems at other storage facilities. On top of that, because we sometimes spend 30–50 minutes there a few times a week, they told us we must move out within 48 hours or they will take everything. They said this on a weekday, making it physically impossible to move our belongings without taking time off work.

Where to start. The original “promotional” rate wasn’t honored. It was $50 higher per month. Keep an eye on your contract, they can raise the rates with 30 days notice. Mine doubled. Called to figure out why. Going from $155 a month to $302 in 6 months was quite the jump. But the good news is I can get another unit, same dimensions, same property for $200 a month! So I get to move again! To the same facility to pay what I was paying a few months ago! What a deal! Plenty of storage facilities in the area, that offer long term rates without it exploding on you. This is the worst storage experience I’ve ever had. Move to a different unit (same size) on the same property to pay less? Ya, no thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
