Justin Gutierrez was a huge help at CubeSmart Storage. He was friendly, confident, and really knew his stuff. He broke down the pricing clearly, showed me different unit options, and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing up for. What I appreciated most was how hands-on he was. He walked the property with me, double-checked that the unit was clean and ready, and made sure I knew how the access system worked before I left. The service provider was really professional and helpful in helping me decide what unit I might need. He also made the process easy when I needed to switch to a larger unit. We concluded the transaction with a hands on demonstration of the security code works for entering the storage area.
