Great place to use. Able to do long term or month to month. Reserving unit online is fast and easy. Closing unit was just as easy. Vaugh was helpful with closing unit.

In case you don’t read the fine print, I will let you know how these crooks will scam you… 1) They will offer a low introductory rate on the unit and put your credit card on auto pay. 2) They change the rates almost immediately without providing you anything in writing. From our experience, it went up by around $100 a month every year for the past couple years. 3) When you ask for an invoice they will refuse to provide it. They will not update your information on file and try to make you come into the store to sign a new lease, further increasing rates. 4) When you call to complain you will get a call back in one to two weeks from a district manager who will offer you a new lower rate for the inconvenience. In our case it was $150 less a month. 5) They will not honor that rate and if you refuse to pay the rate that is 200 more, they will lock you out of your unit. 6) They will charge a $90 late fee every 10 days. After 30 days, if you do not pay their absorbent made up fees, they will take possession of your property and auction it. Their words not mine. So if you have a bunch of stuff, you don’t care about that you want to basically pay Airbnb rental fees to have illegally possessed, then this is the place for you. By the way district manager, if you want me to take this review down, please just honor the conversation where you agreed to reduce my rates for all of these issues mentioned above. “$370 month for February” NOT $675.
