CubeSmart Self Storage

I have a storage unit that I pay $138.50 a month for at cubesmart a.k.a cubedummy. The front gate door has been broken since DECEMBER 18TH FOR SURE! Cubesmart a.k.a. Cubedummy employees especially the male that work there keep on saying oh their going to fix it by DECEMBER 20TH! THAT WAS A LIE! I am disabled so I am getting ready for both hips to be replaced so I can barely walk without being in pain. My daughter recommended me to go there. First month rent FREE ISN'T WORTH IT WHEN YOU HAVE TO WALK HALF OF A FOOTBALL FIELD AND YOUR DISABLED 😡 WHOEVER IS NOT TRYING TO FIX THEIR GATE IS IGNORANT 😂THE GATE HAS BEEN BROKEN OVER 30 DAYS😡They didn't even offer us a discount because of their inconvenience on us. THEY JUST KEEP WANTING OUR MONEY BUT NOT FIX THE MAIN GARAGE TO ENTER😡OH YOU CAN ONLY BACKUP WHEN AN EMPLOYEE OPENS THE GATE. THE TIME FOR ENTERANCE IS 6a to 10p. After the employees go home at what 5p there's nobody to open the gate. So I would have to walk in pain about half of a football 🏈 to get my children and myself things that we want out of our storage. I AM IN THE COURT OF APPEAL TO GET MY HOUSE BACK SO US HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE LACK OF PROPER ENTRANCE HAS NOW GIVEN ME A HEADACHE 😠I WANT TO RELOCATE OUR BELONGS BUT WHO WANTS TO MOVE ALL OF MY BELONGING😡 CUBEDUMMY AINT DOING ANYTHING TO FIX THE GATE😡IT DOESN'T TAKE OVER 30 DAYS😡The employees need to STOP LYING FOR CUBESMART A.K.A CUBEDUMMY. I AM SO READY TO FIND A TEMPORARY HOUSE TO LIVE IN UNTIL I GO TO THE SUPREME COURT TO GET MY HOUSE BACK THAT I WAS FRAUDED OUT OF😡😡I ABSOLUTELY DON'T RECOMMEND CUBEDUMMY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WALK HALF OF A FOOTBALL FIELD TO GET YOUR BELONGINGS! DON'T USE CUBESMART THEY SUCK😡😡😂🤣

Excellent customer service! The staff is helpful and easy to work with. We liked how we could reserve our storage unit online and lock in the price. It’s nice that the storage units are inside so you are able to drive your car inside and then use their dollies to move your furniture and boxes to the storage units. You don’t have to worry about rain or snow or excessive heat or cold. I liked the multiple sizes of the unit, so you don’t have to pay for space that you don’t need. It’s easy to get inside the building with your vehicle and easy to exit. I also like that you can lock in the price by paying ahead a few months and then if you leave early, you can get a refund. Great storage facility!
