Charlene was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly and really went above and beyond to help. Customer service like this is hard to find- she deserves a raise.

Charlene has been helping me for 2 years now..moving into largest storage unit to the medium sized one and the smaller ones, back to the medium one. Polite and very professional. She's the best!

I'm sorry to say I forgot the young lady's name. It's my old age. She was extremely helpful, kind and professional. She addressed all my needs in a very professional manner. The unit I rent is nice and clean. It's also has easy access. I would highly recommend CubeSmart.
