CubeSmart Self Storage

This has been one of the most easy transitions from finding a place to store til I fully move. The online process was easy, getting I to the building was so simple, love that you can drive right up to the loading dock, grab a cart and go to you storage space. It’s so clean from pulling up to storage unit to the bathroom. Love how this storage is rally climate controlled as well. I highly suggest and recommend this place to anyone. Simple, easy and friendly process.

Ok so Monica is amazing very knowledgeable as well as throughly prepared to answer any questions or needs you have!!! Ed, kind and honest and great person who can fix any or all issues. Overall a great clean and professional highly recommended to everyone.

The staff at the Springfield, MA are the best! They are professional, helpful, friendly and kind. The facility is also clean. I have been here a year and would stay if i was not moving. They give customer service a whole new meaning. I felt very safe there too. I'd like to give a special shout out to Ed. He ROCKS!! KUDOS all around! I would highly recommend this location.
