This review is for Maria ! She is the manager of this location. She was very helpful and non judgmental to me as my payments had fallen behind. She explained to me the best way to avoid get extra charges, their auction process, and payment schedule. She went above and beyond for me and showed me empathy. Also she is very personable and we bonded over stories about our families. We need more personable and kind people in leadership position in customer service. Thanks Maria ! Give this woman a raise.
