Extra Space Storage

Heather was phenomenal to work with. She made the process of being states away needing access to my father’s unit in the midst of pregnancy as easy as it could be. Once we made it to the unit she continued to be phenomenal, answered all our questions and was so helpful. If we were local to Tempe and needed a storage unit we would 100% be back. My father had this unit for 15 years and it was very clean, no bugs or mice droppings found! Very impressed!

I can't recommend this location enough! My storage space (5 x 8 I think) was perfectly clean when I unlocked the unit! It was the perfect amount of space for my bike, 6 storage boxes, and several pillows! Everytime I called this location or just the number for ExtraSpace, everyone was so nice! Note, these units don't have AC, so just clear anything that might not do well in 110 degree heat! Additionally, Jose and Heather were wonderful to interact with! Jose was lovely on the phone too and they made my experience that much better! Thank you!

Heather, the onsite manager at Extra Space Storage, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and extremely informative throughout the entire process. We got our storage units with her, and she made everything so smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain all of our options, answered every question we had, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and confident with our choice.
