I cannot say enough positive things about the exceptional service I received at the storage facility! I needed to book it out of town for work last minute, Kiaya who assisted me was absolutely outstanding in helping me secure storage quickly. Kiaya has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and generally friendly. She took the time to understand my storage needs, and walk me through all available options without any pressure. Her expertise was evident as she answered my questions with patient and clarity. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Thank you for making what could’ve been a stressful experience pleasant and easy.

I wanted to talk a moment and write how it changes my day onthe occassions when I stop by this CubeSmart location at 810 South McClintock Road to access my storage unit. Kiana, the General Manager, is always so pleasant , and it si amazing that she remembers my name. Even days with the highest temperatures in Tempe, AZ, which this past summer was about 116 degrees she has always been and efficient and pleasant person. On days like that it is nice to see a cheerful person.. Thank you Kiaya, Dave Capco

Amazing storage facility, and well managed. The in person registration process to get a unit was so fast, efficent, and professionally managed by Kiaya. Thank you! I work in the moving industry and see alot of of storage units and this is by far my favorite place to deal with. A++ 11/10 :D
