Orlander is always helpful. He is very professional. Knows his job very well and keeps the place well maintained. I was thinking about leaving once I found out that Tracy had left because she did a wonderful job, but he stepped into the role and I'm a customer. Thank you for everything that you do.

This place continues to increase your fees every year and any issues regarding their inability to properly input your autopay details, results in late fees which they will not help you with. Literally begging for a lawsuit here based on their fraudulent management. I would not recommend using them. I will be moving to another storage unit. The Primary issue that provoked this review was an associate didnt put my CC information in correctly for AutoPay, then I was charged late fees for their mistake. Terrible customer service! 11 days late and over $100 in late fees for their issue.
