CubeSmart Self Storage

Stopped by a couple days ago searching for a unit and let me tell you, this was by far the best kept storage place I have seen. Many units have drive up access and if they don’t, the access is super convenient. I loved the location and storage units and the prices?!? OMG so generous and amazing deals. If that’s not enough for you to be convinced to check this place out, let me add more. Their staff is AMAZING, normally the storage unit places have some not so happy individuals working the office and you feel drained after which only makes finding a storage unit even more challenging but not here. Mikayla and Fanci went above and beyond helping me find the right unit size for me and were so sweet during the entire process. If you are looking for a storage unit, look no further this is THE spot!!

When showing up to a storage facility to claim a locker from auction, I never know what to expect. But working with Fanci made me want to work with this CubeSmart solely from here on out. Fanci was kind, knowledgable and proficient at handling all the paperwork, which was doubled as I had two lockers to process. She was easy to talk to and clearly cared about my time and worked hard to get through everything quickly. 10/10 would recommend this facility to anyone:)

Had a bad experience from start to now...paid for unit online, came to move in. Realjzed unot was at a different location. Asked if i could move my unit to that location. Front desk gal walked off in side and i couldnt go in, door was locked. Waited outside, she came back out, said she changed the unit and there would be an increase in fee. I asked why she didnt tell me before changing it? She looked at me like i was crazy. I asked to come in the office to discuss my unit, she let me in this time. So, once inside we got rhe unit sorted, stay at the original location. ORIGINAL UNIT#. I get paprrwork drive to other location, try to get in gate and code wont work. I drive back to office, ask for help. The front desk gal basically told me I wasnt paying attention and that I didnt know how to put numbers in the code box. They wrote diwn the same code i had before I drive back...the gate magically works. All seems better. I move my stiff in and it's fine. 24 hours later I get a voice mail that I moved into the wrong unit. I go to try to get into my unit, the gate code is revoked, there are management locks on my unit. I then try to exit the facility, the same front desk girl waves me down. She then proceeds to chew me out about following in another car, about how I was in big trouble for moving in the wrong unit and how she was upset thst I wasn't adhering to the rules. This woman would not let me speak. She got her manager on the phone and they were basically talking about me when I was right there. The manager told me that I need to leave or I will be trespasseD by Tempe PD....I WAS TRYING TO LEAVE THEY LOCKED ME IN. The management did all that but didnt do one thing, listen to me. They gave me paperwork that said to move into the unit I moved into. I was trying to show them and they were combative, authoritative, and just unpleasant un professional. They made an error and rather than just take accountability they doubled down and made me miss important engagements over the weekend as my property was locked in the unit. I am now building up the patience to go and deal with this, not super high hopes, this place has no idea how to treat people and they have never heard of customer service. Stay away!!!!
