Delta Self Storage - Jersey City

I had a great overall experience with Delta Storage in Jersey City. The rental process was incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish. Moving in was straightforward, and when it was time to move out, that process was just as simple. No confusion, no unnecessary complications. Everything was clear and efficient. The customer service truly stands out. Every interaction I had was professional, respectful, and helpful. The team consistently showed up with patience and a willingness to assist. I especially want to recognize Fadia, the manager. She is truly a standout and a major asset to the company. Fadia leads with care, patience, and strong leadership. She listens, communicates clearly, and genuinely works with you if you communicate openly and respectfully. She handles situations with professionalism and empathy, and you can tell she takes pride in doing things the right way. Delta Storage is fortunate to have her. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the fees and the rent increases every six months, which feel excessive. The late fees in particular can be steep. It’s just unacceptable quite evil to be charged more money for not having money but that’s corporate America to you unfortunately. That said, policies are set at the corporate level, and the employees on site do not make those rules. On the bright side, this is a very safe place to store your valuables, why? Bc you literally need to use your personal code to enter through the driveway, to enter from the driveway area to the lobby, to go upstairs you use your code too in the elevator and even to leave the driveway area into the street, yup; use the code too. Despite the pricing structure, the staff earns five stars because of how they treat people, with respect, patience, and love. Their service, professionalism, and dedication make the experience positive. For that reason, I confidently give Delta Storage Jersey City five stars. Thank you Fadia and Chris, ya’ll are exceptional.

Dane was an absolute sweetheart, respectful, knowledgeable, and truly professional. The experience at Delta Storage was high-end from start to finish. The facility is brand new, impeccably clean, and most importantly, I feel completely safe storing my staging furniture there. Highly recommend. Charlaine
