Great customer service! Paul, who is one of the agents was really helpful and talked me through the different pricing, the different layouts and helped me figure out what size unit I use. He and the whole staff there are absolutely fantastic!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Because of a rent increase and needing less space, I downsized from a 10×10 unit to a 5×10 unit starting February 20. I paid over $70 in cash for the smaller unit (covering the remaining February days, taxes, insurance, and a lock). The male employee who handled the transaction (with long green nails) told me a receipt would be emailed to me. I never received one. Due to a snowstorm that week, I completed the transfer on February 28 and arrived before 6:00 PM to close out the larger unit. I was told the office closed at 6:30 PM, yet the office was already locked and completely unattended. I returned the next morning at 9AM to close the larger unit. I was then told that because it was already March, I was required to pay the full March rent for the larger unit — over $200. On top of that, they claimed their system only showed about $50 collected in February 20 and no lock fee charged. Since I paid in cash and was never given a receipt (despite being told I would receive one), I had no proof to defend myself. The most disturbing part was not even the money — it was the attitude. Instead of investigating what clearly appears to be a record-keeping issue, I was treated as if I was attempting to lie over a small amount. The tone was dismissive and accusatory. If a storage facility cannot properly document cash payments, provide receipts, or keep accurate records, customers are placed at serious financial risk. I strongly caution anyone paying in cash at this location: do not leave without a printed receipt in your hand.
