Derrel's Mini Storage

Tina was very rude, my card was expired and needed to be updated and she charged me a $20 fee for paying one day late not knowing my card had expired. Very useless lady with attitude and careless customer service when I’ve been at this storage facility longer than she has worked here. Had to setup auto pay 3 different times cuz she couldn’t get it right but wouldn’t budge on crediting my account

Friendliest and smooth experience of all time! From the initial phone call conversation down to getting the unit keys in person I could not have asked to been served by any finer people. Storage unit was excellent size for my needs and very clean. Highly recommend this location especially for their unbeatable prices!

The units were nice and kept up well. Laura working in the office was very friendly and helpful. She helped me get setup with my first storage unit quickly and explained everything to me in depth. She also gave me an awesome little history lesson on the company. Very glad I was able to get a unit at the Sunnyside and Barstow facility.
