This is a nice and clean and friendly place ... the worker at the front desk was so fantastic...my parents are deaf ..and they were so kind to them ...

Online bill pay does not work. They will still charge you a late fee and tell you it can't be reversed even though they don't give you a chance to pay your bill online. I would recommend doing business with another storage location.
