Derrel's Mini Storage

Due to a significant event in a family member’s life, we had a sudden need for a storage facility. I was familiar with Derrell’s Mini Storage so I went to the 1800 W. Belmont Ave. facility to see what they had available. I went to the office and had the pleasure of meeting with Robert and Kat, the facility managers. They were absolutely incredible. Robert took me to several different units so I could see what we were getting and make sure what would be best suited to us, then we went back to the office and worked up the contract. The facility is very clean and clearly well maintained. The process of setting up the rental was seamless, painless, and efficient. An extra benefit was that they had boxes for sale there at the facility and also had the locks we needed, saving me a trip to another store. Not only was the rental process easy, but more importantly, Robert and Kat were friendly, helpful, and compassionate about the situation our family member is in. It’s amazing how in the middle of a very difficult and challenging time, just having people provide real, honest-to-goodness service and understanding can make such a difference. This facility is very highly recommended, and Robert and Kat are tremendous folks.

Very nice staff helped me get the unit quickly and the facility was very clean. Very pleased with this location. Very kind and nice people.

My customer experience was excellent. I procrastinate everything and had no reservation. The renting process was very quick and convenient, Thank God! Staff is so nice and welcoming.
