I was impressed by the management at the storage. Debra was so helpful and kind. She also was very knowledgeable. It’s nice to know there are still people that realize how important good customer service is to their business. Thank you

They don't clean or pest control the area and the old man and woman are always in the office hugging each other watching shows. Not to mention they raised my storage unit price without telling me. All of my stuff now is full of roaches and spiders.

I had the best experience at Derrell’s Mini Storage today! The couple managing the facility are the absolute best! So friendly, so sweet and so welcoming! In addition, it smelled amazing in the office! The grounds are spacious, very well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe storage unit.
