Rapid Self Storage

Horrible customer service! We misplace the keys to our storage unit and needed a new padlock. They advised us they're currently out of stock and that we can go to a hardware store and purchase a new one. However, he advised me since he is not the one selling us the padlock there will be a $25 charge to cut the old lock off. Rapid is definitely not customer service based driven!

Love this place! Been with them since 2013, maybe longer. There's no other storage I'll go too, even with me living in Visalia, J street Rapid storage is my go-to. Haven't had a single issue. Great friendly staff! I recomend Rapid to anyone in need, afforable, easy access, clean, secure, and friendly. Thank you Rapid 😁

Rapid Self Storage has done an amazing job with re-modeling this facility. I remember passing through here and it looked like a mini ghost town. With all the new upgrades they made it makes me feel that they mean business and will do everything they can to keep the place up to date and safe.
