⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Davon Storage! Both managers were extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer questions and made the whole interaction smooth and comfortable. The facility is clean, organized, and well maintained, which really reflects the leadership and care they put into their work. It’s refreshing to meet managers who truly value customer service and treat people with respect. Highly recommend Davon Storage to anyone looking for a secure and well-run storage facility!

My grandparents needed help taking things to their unit, so I volunteered. Never having visited before, I assured my grandparents I'd be able to find the locker and take care of things solo...that was, of course, until I got there. Blessedly, it was only 2 minutes or so before the owner of the facility came to greet me, knew exactly the locker number I was searching for, and he directed me right where I needed to go, showed me how to use the locker, and even made sure I had a cart! He quickly became my #1 Current Favorite Person and I got my task completed for my grandparents in record time. The facility was also very comfortable to navigate, as well as very clean. 100/10, do recommend!

The facility is perfect. Even the smaller units are quite spacious, and the climate-controlled units are all indoors, which is much more secure than many storage facilities I have utilized in the past. The entire facility is clean and I feel confident leaving my belongings in my storage unit here. The pricing is also competitive for this area, and I would say the best bang for your buck. My only complaint is that there was not a map of the facility posted conspicuously anywhere, and if there was one on the website I was unable to find it. The first time I went to my unit, it took me and my friend about 20 minutes to find. If there had been a facility map to help me easily locate my unit, I would have left 5 stars! Definitely look in to Devon if you are needing storage space in Springfield.
