Strongly Advise Against Using DHL Commerce and DHL Poland – A Complete Logistical Failure I strongly advise against using DHL Commerce and DHL Poland. My experience with this company was not only disappointing, but outright absurd. A package worth 1500 PLN, which had already arrived in Poland, was inexplicably returned to the Czech Republic without any logical explanation. This situation clearly reflects a complete lack of respect for the customer and total organizational chaos. The flow of information is broken—tracking updates are unclear, delayed, or missing entirely. Getting through to customer service is nearly impossible, and if you do manage to get someone on the line, don’t expect any real help—just vague responses and constant blame-shifting. Their parcel scanning and tracking system is flawed and only adds to the frustration. The unprofessional attitude of the staff exposes customers to significant losses—both financial and emotional. More and more people are turning away from DHL’s services, and frankly, I understand why. Just visit the websites of DHL offices in Poland and read the countless negative reviews—the scale of this problem is shocking and definitely not isolated. In my opinion, the European division of DHL urgently needs to address the situation in Poland. The current standards are unacceptable and are damaging the company’s reputation across the continent. For comparison, InPost offers significantly higher quality service. Customer support is responsive, tracking information is clear, and the entire delivery process is smooth and hassle-free. It proves that good logistics is possible—if the company actually cares. Within just two days, I submitted several complaints and claims—all of which were either ignored or superficially handled. For that reason, I will not waste more time elaborating. The amount of time, energy, and patience lost dealing with DHL is completely disproportionate to the so-called “customer service” they claim to provide. Thank you for wasting my time. DHL is a textbook example of how a courier company should not operate. I wholeheartedly do not recommend their services.

On 5/25/17 I bought a very expensive item online and had it ship through DHL. I paid an extra $30.78 to have it insured and shipped a couple days early. The DHL driver left a '' sorry we've missed you'' note on my door but when I check online, it says it was delivered and signed for. I've spent majority of my working hours here at my job trying to get this issue resolved and the service has been terrible. Every time i called i kept getting transferred and every time i get transferred i would be put on hold more than 30 minutes each time. Customer service said that someone would call but they never did. can someone please find my package or give me all of my money back. I have a very important project to start working on 6/01/17 but thanks to DHL i will now miss out on $3,000. So can someone actually get back to me instead of giving me the run-around.

I contacted the dhl customer service line and the person stated that it takes 3-5 days to get the item from dhl st louis to the usps in st louis. I then pointed out that the item had been shipped on dec 26 2013 and still had not been recieved by the 8th of january. Person is very rude i asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold to this time i have now been on hold awaiting the supervisor for over 2 hours. This company is the worst on customer service.
