My sister and I recently closed out my father’s storage unit after his passing, and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and humanity we experienced at Public Storage. Storage managers Linda and John were exceptional in every sense of the word. They were compassionate, communicative, informative, and proactive throughout the entire process. During a time that was already emotionally heavy, they handled everything with patience and grace. What stood out most was that they truly understand that this isn’t “just storage.” These units hold people’s lives — memories, milestones, pieces of family history. Linda and John treated us with the dignity and care that reflected that understanding. We were so fortunate to have them guiding us through this part of the journey. Their customer service was not only professional — it was deeply human. Thank you both.

He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. AMAZING experience. The place was great and well preserved. The service tho, UNPARALLELED. A guy named John helped me out, truly exceptional service. Best in class!
