We were greeted by Keith on 5/23/2024 and he was outstanding he went over everything we needed to know about your facility and policies as well as inspecting our storage unit. He answered all of questions and we were treated with respect. Outstanding customer service.

So clean and well kept. Cameras everywhere! Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. Very grateful for this nice storage unit in this area. A/C units. prices are great. And they even honor our service members!!!!! If we need storage again I know where I’m going!!!

We closed our unit on Saturday and the man behind the counter was chatting with some friends and would not come and check the unit as required by contract. He also would not give us any paperwork. I have called 4 times to resolve the issue and no one answers. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES
