Tammy was excellent and extremely helpful! We were looking for a unit to store some business stuff that was close to home and this was the first one we called and right off the bat I knew I was probably going to book here even though I was going to call several other places. After calling some other places and being told you They would price match We knew that this place was gonna be the right place for us. I had called CubeSmart and they were offering a deal That was different from the regular prices and Storage solutions Honored it And gave us a great first month rent. We were informed that they had someone on site all times And overall, Tammy gave us great customer service. We are more than happy with the unit and excited that it’s so close. The best part is because they’re local and not a huge chain, They’re able to keep prices low for us and continue to keep them low!

Terrible company! Nic and Tammy are very unprofessional and made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I had a conversation with Nic who asked me to leave the premises for spending to much time on the lot which I understood and left. A week later I get a notice in the mail that they were closing my account. To add insult to injury they not only went into my unit, they're changing me insane fees! Since I had exactly one week to receive this mystery letter all of my children's and my childhood memories and memories are lost. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I'd appreciate the owner call me please!

Nic and Tammy were amazing! We have no idea about storage unit sizes , or how anything works . They were so patient and kind , explained everything in detail and were so knowledgeable and friendly! We looked at many other places and I’m so glad we came here because they made us feel right at home!
