Dollar Self Storage

I had an excellent experience with this storage facility and Josh who I worked with was amazing! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. They took the time to explain my options clearly and made the entire process quick and stress-free.

My experience with this place was GREAT! Alex was the gentleman who helped me and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Alex was able to help me feel welcome while still finishing up with his current client and not make me feel rushed while working with me and having two other clients waiting for us to finish. I did move in on a special…. so for me, the prices are almost unbeatable, and the sign-up process was seamless. After my special, the continued price seems extremely fair to me also. The facility is new, very clean and very well maintained. I strongly stand behind these five stars! ***And just my little suggestion, THIS IS VEGAS, I think the gate access should be till 12am at least and be able to request later access with approval. A lot of us work crazy schedules and with proper approvals it could be a really cool option you offer! Thanks Alex!!!!

Amazing customer service! Josh showed me a couple options and treated me like I was family! He took the time to show me how much I would save over the other two places I got quotes from. I should've saved time and started with Dollar. Thanks!
