The reviews posted about the unit being cleaned out without permission from a paying customer is false. The people never paid once and were never in the database. They never had a lease…. They were using someone else free storage unit that was given to the for free and management employees were not aware that the unit was being used by this persons grandchild.. the employee didn’t check with anyone in the office that had it cleaned out and was terminated. The family was also compensated although the owners legally nor morally had to do anything, since they never leased or paid for a unit…

Great locally owned facility have been a long time tenant never had an issue!!!

Avoid this place, they are known to just throw your stuff away at the drop of a hat even if you’re paid up without your knowledge or any forms of communication. They have done it on multiple occasions!
