Very impressed with staff responsiveness, I was slowly moving through a U-Haul pickup online as I’d never done it before. A gentleman who I assume was staff or likely an owner came through the lot and saw we were ready to go. U-Haul doesn’t pay for him to do that at 8pm, well after closing. These touches set apart the good from the great. Thank you.

Customer service is the worse. I have spent about $8,000 over the past 7-8 years. Was always my go to place. The girl in the office is better at escalating situations than de-escalating. She use to be calm and friendly, over time she has become abrupt and rude. She has no problem in telling her customers to spend their money elsewhere. They use to be full year 'round. Now I see why they have so many vacant units. My kids had been trying to get me to change storage facilities. I refused as I have been a loyal customer. No longer. As she yelled at me to take my business elsewhere, I will.

Never had any issues with this company. Been using their storage for well over a year now and no complaints! When I have questions or concerns they are addressed appropriately and promptly. Love the due date text message reminder. Fairly priced, competitive in market. Added bonus, you can rent a U-Haul through them!
